The 2-pack arrived in a well-protected package and the instructions, etc. were good, but they did not go on well. This isn’t our first rodeo with screen protectors. The first two attempts on each phone were without the cases on and after these attempts, it seemed like the case was getting in the way of the screen protectors’ edges, so I then did the installations with the cases on, and did not fare much better. I then found out later during a dialog with someeone from Cbus that the installations are to be done with the case on. This is how I tried it the first two times, so I just don’t know why it did not go well on either phone. My previous two experiences with screen protectors were trouble-free. The first one was through Verizon Wireless, our carrier for the last 26 years, and the 2nd was through an Amazon purchase of Gorilla Glass-based screen protectors, also a problem-free installation. Maybe I screwed up with these, but I did the cleaning and drying with the supplied wipes, etc. They do care about the customer experience, as my negative review of the case I bought for my wife got their attention quickly and a dialog occurred. They have been very communicative and have offered resolution, which I really appreciate.
